We have many highly qualified and technically skilled employees. We make sure we offer them lots of training, as learning and development is important to them. Around 50% of the Solarweb development team are Microsoft certified, and we’re aiming to turn that into 100%.
We recognise the importance of training from the personal perspective of staff; it’s not just that it’s good for the business, although that is extremely important too. We have a skills framework in place that all staff go through, which gives them very clear career progression plans. As a result of all of this, we have a very low staff turnover rate, which we are very proud of.
